At this show, TechMedia will be on hand as Scala unveils its new solution designed to solve the O2O needs of retail companies. Scala have developed a platform enabling direct communications with shoppers, providing customized experiences through mobile applications in order to improve key performance indexes such as customer retention or average basket size.
