Eve Feldman, Vice President/COO, explains why Foodstuffs chose IDS Menus to complete their digital menu board system and how IDS provided them with a superior customized solution. "Foodstuffs chose IDS Menus to produce its digital menu boards because their experience in the foodservice industry is unparalleled relative to their competition. The customer service that I received before, during and after the order was placed was second to none. IDS' team of graphics and sales professionals assisted me in customizing the design, look and feel of the menu board system so that it yields the best results for my store. Foodstuffs is very satisfied with the selection of IDS Menus' digital menu board system and we anticipate doing business with IDS in the future."
Linda DiMarco, Creative Director at IDS Menus, adds more about the Foodstuffs project. "Foodstuffs is located in such a fast-paced environment, it was imperative that the design stand out and capture customer attention. We incorporated large, appetizing food footage and a very clean menu design so that customers didn't get confused. We were also able to maximize screen real estate by having menu items transition in and out - this would never have been possible with static menu boards."
