  • (1) in-depth testing incomplete but no rendering inconsistencies yet apparant.
  • (2) formal testing with the Safari browser has not yet commenced, but no functional problems have been reported.
  • (3) earlier versons of Opera display bulleted lists (ul / li tags) with extra vertical spacing (approx 5 pixels) which distorts many layouts. This problem has been fixed n the 7.54 release.

ACROBAT PDF FILES

     
 

Acrobat PDF files are a common means of distributing electronic documents. These can be downloaded, viewed on-screen or printed at high quality. The free Adobe Acrobat Reader application (formerly known as the "Acrobat Reader") is required to use these files. This can operate as both a stand-alone application and as a browser plug-in.

MACROMEDIA FLASHTM PLUG-IN

This site makes use of the Macromedia Flash plug-in for animation and graphics. The player is included with many browsers and operating systems by default, but in some cases you may need to install the player or upgrade to the latest version. The Flash player is not essential for site naviation; you will still be able to access all parts of the site and all information sources without the plug-in, however the appearance of the site will suffer.
